Halstead Danvers
Luxury real estate branding
Overview
Halstead Danvers, a multifamily apartment community, is part of the Halstead brand of luxury real estate properties owned by The DSF Group, a Boston, MA-based real estate investment and development firm, and professionally managed by the Bozzuto Management Company, a subsidiary of the Bozzuto Group located in Greenbelt, MD.
The DSF Group's modus operandi for Halstead projects is to acquire existing, underused real estate properties, and then invest millions in renovations and expansions, mostly to create lavish, state-of-the art amenity spaces and recreation areas.
This particular property, located in the suburban Boston town of Danvers, MA, underwent major interior design changes resulting in a very stylish Art Deco theme, influenced by the late 19th century architectural details of the property's central, iconic Kirkbride building. The branding is intended to reflect these stylistic cues, and colors and patterns are inspired by the design and finishes of the interior spaces.
